The Tempranillo and Cariñena grapes are destemmed and crushed so that they can macerate with the must, extracting the desired colour and tannin to obtain a wine with a medium depth and intensity. The wine is then devatted and lightly pressed, and continues to ferment in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 20-25ºC.
