Order Cancellation Rights
You can choose to cancel an Order any time before it is dispatched. Unfortunately, once the Order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may choose to return it once received, subject to its eligibility for Returns.
Return Policy
Ejabali offers a 7-day Return Policy on all items that are eligible for Returns. Please contact us via any channel available to you within the 7-day period and we would ensure a timely Resolution.
While we wish to have met your desires, please find accepted reasons for Item(s) to be Returned. This is however still subject to the Item(s) eligibility.
- Item(s) Purchased is no longer required.
- The Clothing does not fit as expected.
- Delivery was later than the estimated date of arrival.
- Wrong Item(s) was delivered.
- Missing Parts and/or Accessories.
- Item(s) was delivered damaged or defective.
- Item(s) appears used.
- Item(s) has since expired.
- Item(s) not as described on the Website
- Wrong Item(s).
- Incompatible for use with other products and accessories.
- The Item(s) was damaged but not the dispatch package.
- I have changed my mind.
Items Not Eligible for Returns
- tem(s) that were ordered or tailor-made to your Specification.
- Item(s) that have been removed and altered from the original form in which it was shipped.
- All Items in the Health, Beauty and Personal Care Category.
- All Items in the Books, CDs and Software Category.
- All Items with missing or altered Universal Product Code numbers.
- All Items determined to be personal: Underwear, Lingerie, Innerwear, Stockings, Beachwear, Nightwear, Swimwear, Briefs and/or Boxers and Bedsheets.
- All Items in the Watches and Jewelry Category.
Packaging Your Returns
Please ensure that the Item(s) being Returned is packaged in same order in which it was delivered. This must be in its original form with all labels and/or tags and seals, where applicable. Any alteration to these conditions would not be accepted.
While sealing of the package and ready for Return, please ensure that no other Item(s) is included in the box. Ejabali shall not be liable in any situation where this is the case.
Should you wish to Return an eligible item, please follow the instructions below:
STEP 1: Click on the Return link on your purchase, selecting the reason for this Return.
STEP 2: Send a proof, further detailing reason(s) for this Return to [email protected]. You may wish to add pictures and/or videos as additional proof.
STEP 3: Upon Receipt and Authorisation, Ejabali would provide the details on how to Return the Item(s). Please note that for certain Reasons for Returns, you may have to bear the cost of shipping back to us; unless other means of retrieving the items are available and do not warrant shipping costs. While you have your legal Rights of Return, Ejabali would not be liable for any Item(s) damaged or lost on a Return-Shipment.
Please note that should we deem your reason for Return as unacceptable, your Refund would be denied, and you would be notified as we would re-deliver this Item(s) to you. Failure to contact you or your refusal to accept, the funds shall be forfeited by you.
STEP 4: Once we confirm the receipt of the Item(s) and in acceptable good order, you will receive an email from us confirming this. Upon confirmation and acceptance, your Refund shall be processed and charged back to the original means on which your Purchase was made.
Receiving Your Funds
- Your Refunds should typically reflect in your account between 3 – 5 business days. This may however take longer on certain Cards.
- If you have not received a Refund yet, first check with your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on all items. However, should you want the same Item(s) (like clothing) in a different colour or size, other than the one made at the initial purchase, please return the unwanted Item(s) and then replace this with a new order. Once eligible, your Refund would be processed and credited back to you.
